Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Derby City Rentertainment for your event rental needs. By renting our concession stand equipment, mobile Nerf arenas, or foam party services,  or snow machines you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Agreement: You agree to use the rented equipment or services solely for the purpose intended and outlined in our agreement.
2. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking or as otherwise specified in the invoice. Additional fees may apply for extra services or damages incurred during the rental period.
3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Liability:  Derby city entertainment is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused during the use of our equipment or services. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure proper use and safety precautions are followed.
5. Damages and Losses: The renter is responsible for any damages or losses to the equipment or property during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
6. Copyright and Usage: All materials pro, including but not limited to logos, designs, and content, are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7. User Conduct: Renters must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using our equipment or services. Any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
8. Termination Derby city entertainment  reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the renter fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
9. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be modified or updated by Derby city entertainment  at any time. Renters will be notified of any changes in advance.
10. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of [Your State/Country].
